prétérit BE + ING.
Comme son nom l'indique, la formation de ce temps est basique:
un auxiliaire porteur du prétérit + un verbe en -ing
Quand utilise-t-on le prétérit BE + ING?
--> pour décrire une action en déroulement dans le passé.
Ex: What were you doing last night at 10 o' clock? I was watching TV.--> pour décrire une situation provisoire.
